Return Process

  Log into your Sports248 account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
